Exhibitors` Reception Desk

All matters related to Exhibitors' stay on MTP grounds are coordinated through Exhibitors' Reception Desk.

Exhibitors' Reception Desk is a place to get information on MTP's general exhibition programme, specific fair projects and the activities of the Conference Centre. Also available here is information on cultural events and other city-related information.

Entry cards, car entry cards, invitations

Exhibitors and co-operating firms can:

• obtain construction and dismantling cards (full name and PESEL identification number of a person involved in construction are required);
• receive detailed information on any fair event;
• book and buy subscription-based exhibitor entry cards, permanent car entry cards and car parking cards for parking at Matejki Street parking site (WA and KPW order forms are available from the fair website);
• collect free entry cards and car entry cards for event entry under a licence or co-operating agreement;
• purchase invitations to a business evening;
• obtain cash register slips and invoices for any services provided;
• pay for services using a payment card.

Wielkopolska Club of Technology and Rationalisation (WKTiR)

The Club advises small and medium-sized companies on how to obtain priority documents in relation to MTP exhibitions and on applicable procedures for patenting inventions, designs or trade marks at the Polish Patent Office.
